DELIVERY TIME

The delivery of the products is carried out within the time indicated in the order and in any case within thirty (30) days at the latest, as required by law. If this period expires without action, the consumer has the right of withdrawal.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The transfer of ownership of the products is agreed upon payment of the price and is completed upon delivery to the consumer. The buyer therefore agrees that he accepts all risks, including those related to their transport, except for the transport stage which is provided by the carrier or a person engaged by him. In case of lack of sufficient means of access to the buyer’s address, the seller is not considered responsible for any delays or impossibility of delivery and invites the buyer to this end to come to a place indicated by him for the receipt of the products.

UNJUSTIFIED WITHDRAWAL

Within fourteen (14) calendar days the consumer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason, returning the product in its original condition, i.e. the product should not have been opened or used and should be sealed as received, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. To exercise the right of withdrawal. This right is recognised by the Entity to the consumer, not as an obligation imposed by law, as there is an exception for household products from the right of unjustified withdrawal.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms of use are subject to Greek law. The Institution is not responsible for any material or immaterial damage that may result from the misuse of the products. The Institution’s liability is limited to the amount of the order and it cannot be charged for further contributory negligence beyond the terms of this agreement and within the scope of which they are acknowledged. In case of disagreements in the application of this contract, the buyer has the obligation, in good faith, before any legal action, to seek a conciliatory solution by submitting a request to the carrier or by reporting to the Consumer Advocate(www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).In case of disagreement, the customer should first contact the carrier in order to reach a conciliatory solution. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Athens are competent.
